Michigan Works!
Michigan Works operates 7 One Stop centers in the tri county area, (Saginaw, Bay and Midland counties), that help both employers and job seekers. This includes a library of information for the new business person and tools on computers to assist them in writing business plans, which is located at the Bay Rd. facility. Michigan Works provides an employment service in the three counties and assists many employers in their search for qualified employees. Also available is training and assistance to the unemployed and dislocated workers in the area. All this is a free service.
