About WhizBang! Training and Bob Negen:
As the founder of the Mackinaw Kite Co., Bob Negen used to tell his staff “nobody NEEDS a kite, it’s our job to make them WANT a kite”. This focus on creating an outstanding customer experience helped Negen build the MKC into a multi-store, multi-million dollar business.
